Chapter 11 describe why resources allocation should always be based on strategic priorities and how the organization continues improve driven by best practices and process management tools.
For the tutorial class,we have no class but we need to participate in online forum. We are discussing about how the company motivate and reward the employee.My opinion,I give example for this topic is Syarikat Faiza Sdn Bhd as we know this company is very sucessful in rice processing..It's motivate their exellent worker with give to perform hajj or umrah,support the scholarship for his/her son ,medical benefits,training and reward every month..I think it will increase the employee's spirit to work more there.
