many thing i learn from this sharing... its really inspiring.. because engineering its tough course, so she not love engineering, she change it..and then how she handle the challenge to maintain as Halal japannese food.. and one thing I like from the qoute is 'ikhlas for Allah" money will come... it also can we apply in our daily life.. we make an effort, ikhlas lillah, i.Allah, Allah always with you...

For the first Oshima is opened, it’s not in one place or branch only, she launched in many area around three branch. Unfortunately, two or one of branch was failed and she needs to close it. From that, she learned something in business, she need to sustain the position and cover the beginning capital or modal first. Oshima Restaurant is not the one of restaurant which provides Japanese food but must compete with others Japanese restaurant in Malaysia such as Sushi King. There are many challenges to her in get halal product and ingredient of Japanese food.

then what we learn from failure is actualy failure can motivate someone to not make the mistake again and as a choice to doing decision either right or false in the future for to achive the company goals..
