This week is 4th week, we learn about evaluating a company's resources, capabilities and competitiveness.In certain things, any company cannot run and develop the business without enough resources and capabilities and it also important to make the company sustain the position in the market.we learned about company's capabilities and competitiveness, but we can apply outside our live to become successful people. This topic very important for us also, Muamalat's student to know how to survive the challenge come after our graduate.

Mostly many of company need to identify the components of a single-business company’s strategy in order to attract the customer to buy their product.Their main objective must be maximation the profits. There are many ways to used and make sure it can help the company improve its market position. This topic also discovers how to assess the company’s weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and external threats (SWOT).

Miss Ummi asked us to make SWOT analysis; it’s not only for organization or company but it can do for our self. It will help us to improve our self to be more motivated and success person.
